Legal Terms of the Sweepstakes
1-ON-1 ONLINE CONSULTING WITH RUBÉN GARCÍA
1. Organizing entity
The draw is organized by FIRST UNIQUE CONCEPT KINGDOM SL, with tax ID B75953745 and address at Calle Iglesia Románica 1, ground floor, Sabadell 08204, Barcelona (hereinafter, "the Organization").
2. Purpose of the draw
The purpose of the draw is to promote the DIV3RG3N7 brand and offer a free professional consulting session (1-on-1 online consulting) with Rubén García, an expert in human movement, biomechanics, and physical optimization.
3. Participation in the draw
Will automatically participate in the draw:
- All people who have left their email and/or phone number through forms on the DIV3RG3N7 website.
- All customers who have made a purchase in the online store.
Participation is cumulative, meaning that once registered or having made a purchase, the user will remain in the participant database until the promotion ends. Under no circumstances should one register more than once.
4. Duration of the promotion
The promotion will be active from June 27, 2026, and will remain in effect until the Organization announces its conclusion through the brand's official channels.
Once it ends, the monthly draw will no longer be held.
5. Frequency of the draw
- There will be one (1) draw per month starting from August 2025, on the 5th of each month or the nearest business day.
- Each draw will include all registrations and purchases made up to the last day of the previous month.
6. Prize
The winner will receive one (1) individual online consulting session with Rubén García. The session will last approximately 45 minutes and will be held via video call (Zoom, Google Meet, or another equivalent platform).
The prize is personal and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any other product or service.
7. Winner notification
The Organization will contact the winner via the provided email and/or phone.
If no response is received within 7 calendar days, a new winner will be selected.
8. Personal data protection
The data will be treated confidentially in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights.
The data will be incorporated into a file owned by the Organization for the following purposes:
- Manage participation in the draw
- Notify the winner of the prize
- Send exclusive content, promotions, and news related to DIV3RG3N7, provided the user has given their consent

9. Exclusions
Direct employees of the Organization and their relatives up to the second degree are not allowed to participate.
10. Modifications or cancellation
The Organization reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel the draw at any time for justified reasons, committing to communicate any changes through its official channels.
11. Acceptance of the terms
Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these legal terms.
